Had a get together yesterday, so was unable to post.
Week 1 Day 6 (Saturday)
I did Legs & Back. With my right knee being sore and tender, I really have to watch I do with it. If I started to feel a pulling, I would stop and try to let it recover and try to finish. It was a struggle, but I guess I am so motivated that I don't remember the pain that much. Except for Ab Ripper. ;-)
Week 1 Day 7 (Sunday)
X Stretch. WOW! That felt good! My back felt good too! There was one stretching exercise where you sit on your right ankle and with left hand, grab left leg. That hurt the knee half way through it. Still hate the Frog stretch. I am not yet that flexible. I can do it a little, but then I really have to breathe or the pain can overwhelm me.
