Chest & Back

Week 1 Day 1
This day went a LOT better. By setting a goal, although a very small goal, this workout went good. I was able to squeeze out 2 more reps per exercise on the second set. Next Monday when I do these exercises next, I will use the reps that I did for my second set. Just trying to kick it up!

However, the Ab Ripper was not very fun! HOLY COW! That hurt! Some of the exercises would have been easier to do, but my stomach got in the way. Oh well. In time!

I ate all my required amounts of food, but it could have went a little smoother. I could have scheduled them out a little better. In the end, it worked out fine. I was playing catch up on some of the food groups I did not, eat 15 min prior to eating dinner. At that point, I was ready to eat anything!

So here are my starting stats: (nothing pretty here folks, move along)
Starting Weight: 223.5 pounds
Neck: 15.25 inches
Chest: 33 inches
Navel Area: 44 inches
Hips: 41 inches
R. Bicep: 13 inches
L. Bicep: 13 inches
R. Thigh: 23.5 inches
L. Thigh: 23.5 inches
R. Calf: 15 inches
L. Calf: 15 inches
