Week 1 Day 2
No news here that Plyo was a butt kicker! Definitely I need endurance. I would get tired on some of the exercises about 2/3 of the way through, have to pause/catch my breath/water break, Hit Play, and finish.
Hot Foot was tough for me. So, instead of doing crosses like Tony wanted, I would just try to jump up and down... until that leg would get tired, then I would hop on the other for a few and back to the original one.
I feel this workout more in my hamstrings and some in my quads. Ooohhh... tomorrow will be like Christmas for me! I wonder how bad my legs will be hurting because of Santa Tony!?
For breakfast I made myself a 3 egg omelet, cheese and broccoli. WOW! That was GOOD! As I was making it, I was thinking to myself: "This is NOT going to be good." I was dead wrong! The only thing I did wrong was not heat the broccoli up enough so it was a little cold. But other than that, hope my local breakfast restaurant makes these!!!
Just a little achy in my pecs from yesterday. I am feeling way better than I thought.
I was wanting to get a heart rate monitor, but with money being tight like it is, I think I will just wear a normal watch and when I take a breather, check it then. Might not be as easy as a monitor, but it sure fits the budget.
