Going to be starting a fitness program come Monday, May 17. Will post more later. Just getting this one out now as a start.
Will start daily blogs then.
P.S.
Well, I was reading some posts and I will start Monday, but I am just going at it to get the soreness out. Since I do not work out now, I know I will be sore. With that, maybe I will start tomorrow.
