Enlightenment

Well, shoulders and arms went easier or should I say, I went easier on it. I did a few of the exercises. It felt pretty good. So, Monday the 24th, I am starting the exercise. I figured out I just need to set smaller goals.

I started the nutrition yesterday. It was amazing how I was eating more, but was getting hungry 30 min. before my next meal. In fact, around 2:30 pm, I realized I needed more food because I was hungry. I am going to get some dried beans next time I go grocery shopping. It is amazing how much protein I need to be taking. However, I got to eat 2 hard boiled eggs this morning. Had some raisins and some lettuce as well.

BEER TALK
Got home and the stir bar had fallen off again. Got it back going, only to find it off again this morning. Nice thing about it this morning, I go to see all the little yeasties on the bottom. Nice pile of them.

I am worried that if this beer turns out, I will have to buy a better vessel for my starters and/or maybe a bigger stir bar or somthing. I will have to check into why that keeps happening.
